So much to say about this massive transformation !! The wall between the kitchen and den was demolished and we also extended the ceiling line 18″ into the den which expanded the actual kitchen space. We had to re-route all the plumbing and run all new electrical. The cabinets are solid maple ‘greige’ color, the counters are custom 3cm quartz ‘Statuory’ color by Daltile. New wood flooring throughout. Recessed LED ceiling lights, and the list goes on. The customer’s actual comments when finished …… “It’s Phenomenal. PHENOMENAL !!! “ [divider]

Stunning custom granite and high-end stainless appliances make this a contender for the Millwood ‘Kitchens Hall of Fame’ !! [divider]
This stunning kitchen began as a separate closed in small room with 70’s style dull wood cabinets and a dreadful workspace. We removed the entire wall between the dining room and kitchen, raised the ceiling about 2 feet and transformed it into this open plan masterpiece. We demolished the entire kitchen (and walls !!) of this 1950’s modest home, and installed a state of the art functional modern kitchen for a lucky young couple. We actually designed this large kitchen first on paper, and then rebuilt the walls around it to fit the new plan ! Cabinets are solid maple fronts (white shaker style) with soft close drawers and doors. Granite is “White River”. Note the multitude of modern recessed LED lights in the ceiling. All new custom oak hardwood floors complete the transformation. One of our favorite kitchen remodels to date 🙂 [divider]

A fabulous stainless steel farmhouse sink was installed along with light gray “Alpine Mist” 3cm quartz counters. New LED lighting and pendants were installed.
