Ed Brenner
Ed has an extensive corporate background, having been a senior executive at GTE for over 15 years and brings with him sales, marketing and general business acumen. His primary role with Millwood Remodeling is in sales, marketing and business development. As well as being a primary conduit of communications for our clients to ensure optimal responsiveness to any client issues or inquiries. In addition, Ed helps with the day to day running of crews in order to keep things rolling smoothly along 🙂
Graham Smith
Graham has been renovating and remodeling homes since 1980, with a vast amount of practical experience and success in the remodeling business. He is an experienced designer with a creative flair for bathroom and kitchens. Also he a keen eye for color and appropriate practical layouts in every home, including moving walls to create much needed updating in older homes. Graham works directly with the homeowner every step of the way to make the project run smoothly, on time, every time!
Ryan has several decades of international solution design, implementation & management. Servicing global Fortune 50 companies to design complex solutions in a dramatically changing world. His primary role with Millwood Remodeling is in sales, marketing & business development. Ryan will be there from sale to punch list daily to ensure your comfort & satisfaction with the project.

Determine the Full Scope of Work:
Once we have a clear understanding of your project, we work closely with you to determine the full scope of work. Our experienced professionals collaborate with you to refine your ideas, provide insights, and ensure that every detail aligns with your vision.
Initial List of Materials:
We develop an initial list of materials required based on the project scope. Our team carefully selects premium materials that align with your preferences and provide the best durability and aesthetic appeal.
Comprehensive Quote:
We provide you with a comprehensive quote that outlines all the costs associated with your project. Our transparent and detailed quote ensures that you have a clear understanding of the investment required.
Acceptance and Project Start Date:
If the quote meets your expectations, we proceed to schedule a start date with our dedicated project manager, Graham. We value your time and ensure that our projects are executed within agreed timelines.
Initial Deposit:
Before the project begins, an initial deposit, usually one-third of the total cost, is payable. This ensures that we can secure the necessary resources and materials for your project.
Preparation and Protection:
On the start date, we arrive at your project site fully equipped. We deliver trailers for tools, trash, and materials. To ensure a clean and protected environment, we use plastic sheets and paper to safeguard carpets, floors, and furniture from dust and debris.
Demolition and Material Procurement:
The project kicks off with the demolition phase, which typically takes one to two days. Simultaneously, our project manager, Graham, purchases the main materials and ensures their timely delivery to the site.
Material Selection Process:
We understand the importance of material selection in achieving your desired aesthetic. Throughout the project, we work closely with you to assist in the material selection process, providing samples and components that best meet your desires.
Ongoing Communication:
Clear communication is key to a successful project. We hold daily meetings with you and our project manager to discuss progress, address any concerns, and incorporate any changes or additions.
Midpoint Payment:
At the midpoint of the project, we request the second payment, one-third of the total cost. This helps us maintain a smooth workflow and ensures that all financial aspects are managed efficiently.
Final Walkthrough and Acceptance:
Once the project is complete, we conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure your satisfaction. We address any final touches and make sure every aspect meets your expectations.
Final Payment and Cleaning:
Upon completion and acceptance of the final walk-through, the remaining one-third of the payment is due. We meticulously clean the project site, removing all protective plastic, paper, and debris. We also remove the trash trailer and any excess materials.
2-Year Warranty on Workmanship
