The kitchen was the heart of this transformation. We began by removing the existing black granite countertops and replacing them with premium ‘Arctic White’ quartz. This change alone brightened the space and set a contemporary tone. To complement the new countertops, we installed a dark gray glass backsplash, which added a touch of sophistication and modern elegance.
One of the challenges we faced in the kitchen was upgrading the lighting to meet contemporary standards. The under-cabinet lights were replaced with cool white LED strips, providing both functional illumination and a sleek appearance. Entryway and Bedroom Enhancements
The entryway of the townhome was also completely revamped. We replaced the existing flooring with new tile, giving the space a fresh, modern look. One of the standout features of this remodel is the new 8′ x 36″ contemporary sliding barn door for the bedroom. Crafted from solid maple and sprayed with oil-based satin enamel, this door is both functional and stylish. It features slimlite opaque glass panels and stainless steel door hardware, adding a unique and modern touch to the home.
