The Challenge
The project’s heart lay in a kitchen that was a relic of the 1970s – dark, cramped, and wrapped in the era’s signature oak cabinets and laminate countertops. The homeowners longed for a space that was not only modern and bright but also capable of catering to their love for hosting large family gatherings.

The Transformation
The transformation began with an ambitious demolition of all the firdowns, instantly creating a more spacious and airy environment. This significant structural change laid the foundation for a kitchen that was open, welcoming, and ready to embrace a new era of style and functionality.
The new layout was thoughtfully designed to cater to the needs of a large family. It features an electric range/oven plus a separate base oven, perfect for those big family occasions. The inclusion of numerous drawer base units was a strategic choice, offering easy access and efficient use of space.
The Details
The countertops, in the ever-elegant White Carrara quartz, and the gray subway tile backsplash, are more than just surfaces; they are statements of refined taste. These elements are beautifully highlighted by the new under-cabinet LED lighting, adding a warm glow and enhancing the kitchen’s overall ambiance.
But the transformation didn’t stop at functionality. We replaced the old hutch with matching glass cabinets, drawers, and counters, creating a harmonious and aesthetically pleasing space. The flooring is a showstopper in its own right – 24×48 Concept Gray porcelain tiles laid with a precision of 1/16” grout lines, exuding modernity and sophistication.
The Outcome
Completed in just 5 weeks, from demolition to the final walk-through, this kitchen remodel stands as a testament to our commitment to excellence. The result is a breathtaking transformation that has given a new life to the heart of the home, much to the delight of the wonderful couple who own it.
