Whole House Remodel in Dallas, TX for Jim L

This project involved opening up walls, new hardwood floors, and specially fabricated and stained custom cabinets. We updated the fireplace and parquet flooring, and also the built-ins and pass-through which we opened up into the kitchen space. All paneling was removed and we installed new sheetrock and textured. We constructed new kitchen base cabinets and also a new bar with custom backsplash and granite. In the kitchen the original laminate counters were replaced with custom 3cm “Uba Tuba” granite. Additional custom cabinets were fabricated, and we resprayed all surfaces with a white oil based semigloss. We added a new tumbled marble backsplash with bronze accents, and new undercabinet lights. New 4″ LED recessed ceiling lights were installed, and walls repainted. Finally, new stainless steel appliances were installed. The entryway tile was removed and new hardwood flooring installed. The dining and formal living walls were widened, and finally we replaced the original front doors with custom iron double doors with a Texas star!
