Featured Project – Townhome Transformation
In a recent project, we had the privilege of completely modernizing a three-story townhome in DFW. The challenge was to transform a traditionally styled home into a contemporary masterpiece, and our team excelled.
The kitchen underwent a dramatic change, with the traditional black granite replaced by premium ‘Arctic White’ quartz, complemented by a dark gray glass backsplash. We updated the undercabinet lighting with cool white LED strips, adding a modern touch and enhancing the sleek feel of the kitchen.
In the living areas, we embraced a minimalist approach, painting all walls in a light gray and refinishing the floors to match the new contemporary theme. The transformation was not just cosmetic but also functional, as seen in the master bathroom. We replaced the existing tub and separate shower with a luxurious walk-in double shower, complete with stainless massage panels and striking 9-foot high glass panels extending from floor to ceiling. The shower walls were adorned with 12×24 gray porcelain tiles, and the base with 2×2 anthracite mosaic, creating a cohesive and modern look.
Finally, the entryway was completely revitalized with new tile flooring and an 8-foot contemporary sliding ‘barn door’ for the bedroom. The solid maple door, sprayed with an oil-based satin enamel, featured slimlite opaque glass panels and sleek stainless steel hardware, epitomizing the blend of contemporary style and functionality.
