Highlights of the Project
Fireplace Transformation
The fireplace in the living area underwent an extensive transformation, featuring elegant 24 x 48 gray slate tile and new floating shelves. This contemporary update adds sophistication to the space.
Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living
We installed incredible metal patio doors that span approximately 12 feet wide, seamlessly connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces. These doors allow party guests to flow in and out with ease, making entertaining a breeze.
Expansive Wet Bar
The wet bar received a dramatic expansion, doubling its size. It now boasts new cabinets, quartz countertops, and flashy LED lighting. This stylish upgrade is perfect for entertaining friends and family.
Engineered Hardwood Flooring
To modernize the home, we added new wood trim and baseboards, complementing the newly installed engineered hardwood flooring. This transformation is a significant departure from the original 70’s design, bringing a fresh and contemporary feel to the entire house.
Master Bathroom Oasis
As part of the Master Bathroom remodel, we demolished the old tub and shower, as well as the vanities. Given the room’s unique shape with two angled corners near the window, we designed a new shower that spans the entire width of the room and extends about 4 feet in depth. The old picture window was replaced with a smaller 48″ x 12″ window, creating space for a large niche for shampoo and other products. The shower features a “Zero Threshold” base and a 60″ linear drain at the back for efficient water flow. Dual body shower systems and frameless glass complete this luxurious shower.
Elegant Vanities
Custom-made maple vanities with quartz countertops add a touch of sophistication to the master bathroom. The large format travertine floor covers the entire space, and the chandelier serves as a stunning focal point. Recessed white LED lighting in the ceiling enhances the room’s beauty and elegance.
