One Of Our Best Kitchen and Den Remodels
One of our best remodels, a massive kitchen and den remodel, stands as a testament to our expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence. This project began with the demolition of an old kitchen and the removal of a 24 ft. supporting wall. We engineered the removal of existing wall studs between the den and kitchen, while simultaneously supporting both ceilings with temporary walls, allowing us to extract the old beams.
We cut all the ceiling joists, we made way for the installation of 2 x 26 ft. engineered 2×12 LVL high-tensile beams, creating a single-level ceiling that flowed seamlessly between the two rooms. The transformation continued with the addition of a new, extended breakfast bar, capable of seating 7-8 people, and the installation of all-new J&K white maple cabinets complemented by stunning White Calacatta Supreme custom 3cm quartz countertops.
To illuminate the space, we added modern ‘zero radius’ under-mount sinks with accessories, along with 4″ LED recessed lights and LED under-cabinet lights. The hardwood floors underwent a meticulous patching and re-staining process to ensure a flawless transition. An exquisite and functional kitchen, born from the expertise of our talented crew, now stands as the focal point of the home. A sliding barn door entry and new cabinets were seamlessly integrated into the adjacent laundry room, while new patio doors and flooring breathed new life into the sunroom.
