The Transformation
Complete Gutting: We started by gutting the entire bathroom, removing the tub, dividing wall, and door. This initial step was crucial for reimagining the layout and making room for new features.
Toilet Drain Relocation: One of the most significant challenges we faced was relocating the toilet drain. To accommodate the new layout, we moved the toilet drain over 12 inches. This task required precise planning and expert plumbing skills to ensure everything was correctly aligned and functional.
Walk-In Shower: With the toilet drain relocated, we were able to build a large 5’ x 4’ walk-in shower with a linear drain. The shower features a luxurious body shower system and stylish glass, creating a sleek, modern look. The linear drain not only enhances the aesthetics but also ensures efficient water drainage.
Double Vanity: The new double vanity is a highlight of the remodel, featuring black faucets and hardware that provide a striking contrast against the lighter tones of the bathroom. The vanity offers ample storage space and a generous countertop area, making it both practical and beautiful.
LED Mirrors: To complete the elegant transformation, we installed LED mirrors above the vanity. These mirrors provide excellent lighting for grooming and add a modern touch to the bathroom.
